Can i switch my membership?

All members can now switch between any membership. To do so visit your account page and go to My Subscriptions. There you will see upgrade/downgrade options.
Can i cancel my membership during the free trial?

Through the Card 1 day trial. If you can cancel your membership within the first 24 hours, the payment will not be taken for the subscription.
I'm paying £24.99pm but i want to pay the new price of £19.95.

For our existing members on the VIP package who were paying £24.99 we have reduced the cost to £19.95. If yours still says £24.99 you will need to change your payment method on the my account pages to use stripe. The send us a message on the contact us page and we will make the change for you.
Why cant upgrade/switch my membership?

If your payment method is set to PayPal you will need to change it to stripe on the my account pages. Then you will be able to change your subscription. If you have any problems contact us on the contact page.
